The applicant is requesting a DA permit to conduct maintenance dredging at the Lewes Ferry Terminal located at 43 Cape Henlopen Drive in Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware. Specifically, mechanical maintenance dredging of approximately 50,945-cubic yards of accumulated sediment from a 3.45-acre area at the Lewes Ferry Terminal basin to a depth of -11.0-feet MLW plus 1.0-foot of overdredge within the main basin and access channel, and to -8.0-feet MLW plus 1.0 foot of overdredge at the C-4 area of the ferry terminal is proposed. All dredged material is proposed to be placed into scows and transported for disposal at White's Basin in Logan Township, New Jersey.

New York District has received an application for a Department of the Army (DA) permit pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1344), Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S.C. 403). Rehabilitation of an Existing Pier and Wharf

to perform mechanical maintenance dredging, receive after-the-fact approval for the prior placement of structures, and receive approval for the proposed placement of new structures.

The applicant proposes to construct the MNZ07 Wellington Data Center on approximately 123 acres in Prince William County, Virginia. The project includes two one-story data center buildings and associated infrastructure, including an electrical substation, utilities, stormwater systems, access, and supporting facilities. DA authorization is required for the discharge of fill material into waters of the United States associated with site grading and construction. The proposed activity would permanently impact 955 linear feet (0.14 acre) of intermittent stream, 1.82 acres of palustrine emergent wetlands, and 0.13 acre of palustrine forested wetlands associated with Broad Run. The project is located east of University Boulevard, south of Interstate 66, and north of Wellington Road at Latitude 38.793943, Longitude -77.581532, in Prince William County, Virginia.

The applicant is requesting a DA permit to authorize the modification and expansion of an existing commercial/recreational boating facility by extending the authorized Marina Perimeter Limit (MPL) approximately 200 feet to the north into an existing municipal mooring field and adding 30 vessel slips, increasing total berthing capacity from 165 configured slips to 195 slips. The authorized vessel capacity would increase from 186 to 195 vessels. To facilitate navigation and maintain existing customer levels, 30 active municipal moorings within the expansion footprint would be permanently removed. The sponsor, Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, proposes to establish the Westpark Wetland Mitigation Bank as a single-user bank to offset its non-tidal wetland and stream impacts authorized as part of future federal and state permits. The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work as described below. The sponsor, Naturion, has proposed a mitigation bank (pursuant to regulations at 33 CFR 332) in Jefferson Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The Sponsor is proposing wetland restoration, enhancement and preservation activities as well as buffer restoration and preservation on a 114-acre portion of the property.
